Marglobe Tomato planting instructions
- Conditions: Sow Marglobe Tomato seeds in warm, fertile soil after the last frost.
- Spacing: Plant seeds 2' apart in rows 3-4' apart. Cover with 1/4" of fine soil and firm lightly. Seedlings emerge in 7-10 days. Thin to the strongest seedling in each group when they are 2-3" high. Keep weeds under control and plants well-watered.
- Care: Crops need about 1-2" of rain per week. Ensure the soil is moist, but not saturated. Stake or cage tomato plants to keep fruit off the ground.
Marglobe Tomato harvesting instructions
Marglobe Tomatoes are ready to pick about 70-80 days after planting when they reach their full color. Harvest by gently twisting and pulling the fruit from the stem.
To store, keep tomatoes at room temperature away from direct sunlight for up to a week. If cut, wrap the cut side in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
